ABOUT REES LAW FIRM

A law firm that works the way you wish they all did

We put you first — always

Why we do this work

We focus on providing high-level legal representation with a personal, client-centered approach. That means fewer cases, more attention, and direct access to your attorney from day one. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter strategies or handoffs—you’ll always know who’s handling your case and what to expect next. Our concierge-style model is built to give every client the time, care, and clarity they deserve.

We take on cases where we know we can make a meaningful difference—whether you’re dealing with the aftermath of a car accident, the loss of a loved one, or serious damage to your home or business.

More Than Just isn’t just a phrase—it’s our promise.

We’re more than lawyers—we show up with care, clarity, and a commitment to you and your well-being.

It also reflects our belief in just outcomes: fairness, accountability, and making sure you’re treated with the respect you deserve.

You deserve more than just representation—you deserve someone in your corner.

Your Team

Meet Graham

Graham J. Rees

Graham Rees provides hands-on, personalized representation—start to finish. His clients know he’s the one handling their case, and they trust him to guide them through the process with clarity, strategy, and follow-through.

Before founding Rees Law Firm, Graham was a partner at a litigation firm where he spent years negotiating with and trying cases against major insurance companies. That experience gave him a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face after serious injuries. A former teacher, he brings patience and a straightforward communication style that puts clients at ease and keeps them informed throughout the process.

Graham is active in the New Orleans community and has served on the board of several nonprofit organizations. He is a mentor and advocate for young people and is committed to using technology to improve the legal experience for his clients. Meet Alexis

Alexis Robards

Paralegal

Alexis is the cornerstone of Rees Law Firm’s day-to-day operations. She is always available to talk or text to answer any questions you may have. With a longstanding interest in law—shaped early on by her father’s legal career—she brings dedication, focus, and a strong sense of purpose to her role, all while working toward her own goal of becoming an attorney.

Before stepping into the legal field, Alexis trained as a professional ballerina, a background that honed her discipline, attention to detail, and grace under pressure. Whether she’s managing client communications or keeping internal processes on track, she approaches every task with care and precision.

Inspired by strong, capable women like Donna from Suits, Alexis is known for her sharp mind, steady presence, and unwavering reliability. She’s the heart of the team and a key reason clients feel supported from day one.

Meet Melody

Melody Bray

Of Counsel

Melody Bray brings a strategist’s mind and a trial lawyer’s instinct to every case she handles. With 17 years of experience and a deep background in litigation, Mel is known for building strong cases from day one—and seeing them through with clarity, compassion, and a drive to win. Melody and Graham have been close friends for over 20 years. Their deep trust and respect for each other makes them a formidable trial team.

A graduate of Emory University School of Law, cum laude, Melody began her legal career clerking in Georgia courts and interning for Georgia Supreme Court Justice Harold Melton. That early foundation in the judiciary sharpened her instincts for trial strategy and gave her a clear view of what moves cases forward. Since then, she’s taken numerous cases to trial and earned a reputation for her meticulous preparation and client-centered approach.

Clients appreciate Melody’s empathy as much as her precision. She knows that legal matters can feel overwhelming, and she works hard to ensure that her clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.

Like everyone at Rees Law Firm, Melody’s commitment to service and advocacy extends beyond her legal practice. Outside the courtroom, she serves on the board of ATL Collective, a non-profit that supports Atlanta’s local music community. She also collaborates with senate leaders at the Georgia State Capitol and hopes her work there helps shape policies that make life better for all Georgians.
